I had been disliking our master bedroom for a while. It wasn't complete, and I knew I needed something completely new, but I just couldn't find the right direction. Luckily, I started working with Marissa of Roost and she came up with a wonderful master bedroom redo for us. Never mind the fact that she lives across the country. We communicated through email and it was just great. She was wonderful to work with, so patient, and really took our needs and wants into account. She stuck with our tiny budget and found some beautiful pieces that we could use in our bedroom. She answered all my questions and really knew what she was talking about. I am so happy with the result and am grateful to have worked with her. If you ever need some interior design help, go to Marissa! You won't be disappointed!

I really wanted something that was calm, but liveable. My husband and I wanted our room to be a place where we could all be and not be concerned about dirt spots on our bed or things breaking. I think the style is also very us.

ReplyDeleteOh Amy, it's awesome!! So pretty. Our Master needs a MAJOR overhaul but I don't even know where to start! We don't even have a headboard...just a mattress. But problem is we can't agree on a bed! LOL. Dan likes to hang his feet over the edge so he does NOT like a footboard and no headboard he seems like like either. ha ha. Anyway, your furniture and room are gorgeous!
