Still needing a yummy treat for Christmas? Try some peppermint bark. Super easy and super delicious!
Ingredients:
1 lb. milk chocolate chips
1 lb. white chocolate chips
crushed candy canes
1 tsp. peppermint extract, divided
Directions:
1. Put wax paper over a cookie sheet.
2. Over a double boiler (make one with a pot of water about 2 inches deep and put a glass bowl on top), melt the milk chocolate chips. Add 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract. Pour onto cookie sheet and spread. Chill in fridge for 15 minutes.
3. Melt white chocolate chips the same way you melted the milk chocolate chips. Add 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract. Pour over milk chocolate. Spread.
4. Sprinkle crushed candy canes.
5. Chill.
6. Enjoy!!!
